Well there is two parts

For person get the beast outfit for example load up beast vs slasher one and make sure your the beast then once it is on the screen after the game with the leaderboard you join a person which is waiting in the option part of a race where you can change the laps and then you leave!

For person who is helping all you need to do is start up a race but don't go into the race just wait at the part of the race lobby where you can invite people, change the race type, laps etc and keep on waiting until the person getting the outfit joins and then leaves!
