i have to also upgrade my psu to be able to support the new card because i currently only have a 450 psu /:-;/ i have a budget of around 300-400 us dollars ;D

I will assume your current PSU is low quality, I would get this;

kinda funny that was the exact same gpu and psu i was looking at! ive heard great things about the 970

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970... Couldn't recommend it anymore, its a great card and I've had no problems with it so far.

Of all the games I've played so far, it runs them all a dream.
