So I just got the xbox one for christmas and created a new account. I put a two week xbox live trial on it. Then recovered my old account which I haven't put xbox live on for a long time. But somehow it's letting me play online. Does anyone know why?

Im pretty sure Xbox one allows you to share gold amongst other users of the system. Not 100% on it but I think thats what it is.

if you added the new account first it shares gold because it is the "primary" account
