Unless the only thing you want to play is minesweeper, then I would send it back.
That thing is pretty ancient.

From what I can find out, the CPU is a dual core made in 2007/8 and it has integrated graphics using a AMD solution on the motherboard itself. Its basically an over sized tablet in today's standards.
If you want a "gaming" pc, your going to have to up your budget a fair amount. I mean, we can get somthing together for that price but its not going to be great. But its going to be better than whatever you was about to buy mind you.
If you want to build your PC, could you fill this out please.
What is your budget and currency?
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Ok, so here you have a good AMD APU system. It comes with Amd's quad core CPU with integrated graphics which will be able to play MC and to be able to record for you aswell.
It also has 8GB of ram if you like to multitask and at semi-high speed to take advantage of that APU.
It comes with an SSD only but should be able to cover your operating system and games.
Good little starter rig.
