i'm looking to start recording, streaming and get into PC gaming. i wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or possibly give me an idea on what to build. thank you!

Quite a large range in budget, you could save some money by dropping the M.2 SSD or getting a cheaper keyboard, but they are nice luxuries to have; [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
If you are streaming/editing then there isn't really any point going Skylake opposed to Haswell-E, the 6700k is more expensive than the 5820k for 50% less cores and threads which you would take advantage of.
