Both r bangin. Grab a 380 and you'll be dandy. Search eBay if you wish, but if you're gonna do that, you may as well search Gumtree as well since you can find deals on that pretty easily, most of the time.

That is a very good quality PSU with a strong +12v rail so a 380 would run fine on it.
