I have recently played 8 matches of comp and after ever 2 I get a 20H cool down before I can play again as I am not ranked. I was wondering in once I win my 2 more matches to equal 10 wins in total will I still get a cool down after these next 2 wins ?

No, once you get 10 matchmaking wins and get your competitive rank you wont get the cool down after winning 2 matches.

no you wont, after 10 wins the only time you will get a cool down is if you disconnect early or to many tks
