I'm looking to start playing cs go, not very competitively. My PC specifications are as shown below
Processor Intel Pentium Dual Core Processor G620
Processor Clock Speed -2.6 GHz
Cache: 3MB
Operating System Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
RAM 4GB
Maximum expandable memory- 8GB
Graphics card Intel HD Graphics 2000
Hard drive 750GB
Optical disk drive DVDRW
Memory card reader Yes
USB 8 (2.0 & 3.0)
Modem/Ethernet 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet
WiFi USB Wifi dongle adaptor (optional)
Bluetooth No
TV output 1 x HDMI, 1x VGA
Software included Windows 7 Home Premium
I'm just curious as to what needs to be upgraded to run the game smoother as I don't feel I've to scrap my PC I have, when I could just upgrade the one I have

Any suggestions of a good graphics card for 80 or so? And with the new graphics card do you think I'd notice a drastic change and be able to play smoothly with no lag

Wrong. I had a 750ti and an i5-4590 and I only had 120fps with everything appart from shaders on low.
I know have a GTX 970 4GB SSC and I get 300+ :p

So you think I should go for the EVGA GTX 970 ?? Quiet expensively roughly 250 ? I'm looking for something A little cheaper. I'm just curious though. Are all my other specs good enough. I just need a new graphics card really
