-Have a budget off 800, willing to go little higher (pounds).
-Play games like GTA, CS:GO, BF4, FSX/P3D + other games on max settings.
-Dont need a Monitor ATM.
-Will want to OC.
-Will be first ever PC.

No idea. Couldn't tell you. Every CPU will be different. You can spend an extra £50 for a 6600k if you want a fully unlocked chip, and a 6600k might OC better than a 6600 would, since it's fully unlocked but honestly, it's better to just save the money and get the 6600 IMO. You can still OC the BCLK on the 6600 anyway, as I said.

I'd personally recommend a 970 over a 390, but there's a lot of opinions surrounding this particular argument!

I have a 970, and at this point I'd take the 390 over the 970. My reasoning- The 390 is simply better in most cases. The 390 has also been doing better with driver updates and will have better DX12 support so is more likely to be better in the future. Right now, they're pretty neck and neck but the 390 does typically come slightly ahead of the 970. Either card is a perfectly fine choice though, so OP, here is a 970 alternative;

Pretty much the same. Has SLI support so a 2nd 970 can be added at any point. It's a little more expensive because SLI support isn't cheap on motherboards, and you need to pay a bit of a premium for it, whereas the majority of motherboards have XFire support, unless they only have one PCIe slot. The 970 is more efficient, so 650W is more than enough for 2 of 'em, but for 2 x 390's, you'd need a nice 850W unit.
The only valid reason I personally see for choosing the 970 over the 390 at this point is if you require a more efficient card(for whatever reason), or need NVidia specific features(most people don't).
