We need a solid budget.. Going from $1000 to under $700 is a large difference.. What is your actual budget?

By March there will be newer/cheaper hardware around.. Don't ask for a build until you are ready to buy it..

Went with as similar a rig as I could, but with actual decent parts instead, something like this would be absolutely fine for you, OP. However, if you don't even have any money right now, this is pointless. Come back when you have the $$ ready to buy and build.
