You can't mod ESO. If you're unwilling to earn things legitimently you can pay someone to power level your account to a higher rank or buy gold via some other site to spend on gear you lack the skill to get. Either way it takes the fun from the game IMO but do as you like. Also we're not allowed to exchange real money for in-game items/services on this site.

With the game being ESO (Elder Scrolls Online) and on the xbox one. It makes it even harder to mod. Online games are very difficult to mod as theres no RGH/J-TAG released for next gen as of yet. So for now youve no option but to play legit.
