Anyone here help? Ive got 2 ones I've pick myself but any other suggestions would be nice. I cannot get a PC due to thr fact I have no room for it. I was hoping to get a Laptop that will play the likes off H1z1, Ark Football Manager and Black Ops 3 and a few other popular games. I am completely fine about not playing thr game in PC quality just as long as I can see everything! Please any help is appreciated and have a look at the ones below or suggestions would be nice! Budget is £800

None of those links are working on my end, so please either re-post them or type out the name of both so I can search them myself. I'll be glad to help compare the two.

But on the actual topic, personally I cannot recommend a laptop as although I see the functionality of having a portable rig, I do not think sacrificing performance for portability is worth the often added price. You can build a great rig that is nice and compact, (since size is an issue) that will easily outperform any laptop at a cheaper price. If you're going to spend $1000+ on a PC, you shouldn't have to settle for anything but top tier performance, something that a laptop of the same price can't provide.

Asus GL552JX 15.6-Inch Laptop Notebook (Intel Core i7-4720HQ 2.6 GHz, 8 GB RAM, 750 GB HDD + 128GB SSD, Webcam, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950M, Windows 8.1) with Free Windows 10 Upgrade

And

Lenovo Z51 FHD 15.6-inch Laptop Notebook (Intel Core i7-5500U, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB+8 GB SSHD, DVDRW, WLAN, BT Camera, AMD R9 4 GB Graphics, Windows 10 Home) - Black

By all means if is small I'd be happy to lokk and consider it, but atm unfortunately a laptop is the only thing I can think off that I couls have in my room

Alright, so both laptops are mediocre, but if I had to chose one I suppose I'd choose the 950M over the R9 M375.

Now when I mean compact, I'm talking Mini-ITX levels of compact. Do you have a desk? Where do you plan on putting the laptop when you game? Unless your room is the size of a closet, you should still have space for even a mid tower rig.

One final but important note, are you willing to build the PC yourself?

He's most likely looking for a laptop; hopefully as he travels and(or) wants to game at other people's houses, and not bring his desktop with him.

All understandable, the R9 is a damn good graphics card; the Nvidia one is good as well, but with past experience, they overheat and basically blow up.

He never mentioned he wanted to travel with it, just that he had no room for it. He was even open to getting a compact desktop PC, which says to me that he might actually have room for a desktop but simply wanted a laptop because they are smaller.

If you think either those cards are "damn good," I'd love to see what you think of a Titan X.

Lol I can confirm my room is the size of a closet. Its 6x6 and has my bed tv and xbox which is on my clothes storage box. I would keep the laptop on my lap or on a portable table.

It's a bonus that a laptop os portable but for the reasons you stated are not why I'm buying a laptop over a desktop. My room is litterly as small as you can imagine

If it is possible for it to fit in my room yes I am willing to build my PC as my bro built his.

Well that clarifies things a bit.

So there is absolutely no room for a small desk? Also, is having the PC in another room a deal breaker or no? You could always set up the gaming PC in another room, that's actually what I did before I had a proper desk a few years ago.
