Just wondering how long it takes for your PC to boot up? Before my upgrade I had a terrible pentium CPU and had a fair few programs set to boot up on start up, I removed those and it made it a little quicker, but now I have the Skylake i5 and a SSD instead of a disk drive, it takes about 15-20 seconds.

Mine takes roughly 15-20 seconds also from a cold boot. I'm running a AMD 8350 OC'd to 5GHz and an 120gb Samsung 850 EVO SSD.

I don't have an SSD yet, so about 40 seconds? Maybe less? I haven't ever timed it.

Before I had my SSD it didn't take too long to boot up and login etc, but it would take upwards of 5 minutes to catch up so it would open programs when I clicked on them. Now it takes a matter of 10 seconds to do all of the above, luv it
