All understandable, the R9 is a damn good graphics card; the Nvidia one is good as well, but with past experience, they overheat and basically blow up.

Do you even know what you're talking about? There is no 'R9' graphics card, the R9 is a series of mid to high end AMD GPUs... And if you can manage to overheat and blow up a Nvidia card, let alone any GPU then you shouldn't be allowed within a mile of any sort of technology.

Nvidia does have a past history of blowing up easily.

Lol I can confirm my room is the size of a closet. Its 6x6 and has my bed tv and xbox which is on my clothes storage box. I would keep the laptop on my lap or on a portable table.

Well that clarifies things a bit.

So there is absolutely no room for a small desk? Also, is having the PC in another room a deal breaker or no? You could always set up the gaming PC in another room, that's actually what I did before I had a proper desk a few years ago.

Both no unfortunately. Until I move out looks like I'm destined for a laptop

You're one of the rare cases where it's actually justifiable to get the laptop over the desktop due to living conditions, so at this point if you want to get a gaming laptop, go for it.

Quite honestly your only other choice is to just save your money, continue playing Xbox until you move out or get some space, then finally build that PC. Which is what I would do, but I can't make choices for you.

I don't know if this is the best laptop for your price range on the market, since I don't recommend laptops, but this one is certainly better than the others you showed.
