Yes, you need to use both. Get a new PSU, it's probably not up to the task.

What PSU do you have? It may be a low quality one so you would want to upgrade it. You could just use a molex/SATA to 6 pin adapter.

You don't necessarily need to upgrade. A GTX 960 has a low TDP so you can easily run it on your PSU with a molex to 6/8 pin. Normally there is one included in the box with the GPU.

I bought the Computer Used then i upgraded alot He never Gave me The box for the PowerSupply so

So Yes Only Has 430W PowerSupply with only a 6 Pin connecter

What exact PSU is it? If you can't find anything on the label then some pictures would be great.
