Life is about taking risks, Id say go for it. As long as they don't give you the software themselves, i.e. require you to download Windows 10 from them it should be legitimate as if they ask you to download from them it could be running something like kmspico or a keygen.

Windows 10 Pro Just adds BitLocker, and Remote Control like Teamviewer. BitLocker secures your hard drive data with a password.
Personally if the price isn't much difference might as well go Pro, but definitely get Windows 64bit, 32bit is for computers that have less ram, processing power and or graphical power.

so after i install windows 10 and set my priority drivers all i have to do is install the graphics driver and motherboard drivers then im good to go ?

Yes, install the motherboard drivers from the internet rather than the disc, as the disc is usually/always outdated. Do the same for the Graphics Drivers.

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit then sit back and watch it install most of the latest Drivers.
