so im 16 years old i have nothing to do during the day other than workout and rest

i always do as many reps and sets untill i literally cannot lift my water
i pretty much workout with the same routine nearly everyday, is it bad? i know most people do legs one day and arms the other blah blah blah.

i did some research and a few people do what i do (prison inmates) because they have nothing really to do aswell (im not a prisoner lol) im feeling/seeing some really good gains,

like i dont wanna do my self any harm so any advice would be appreciated

Thanks.

Why would this be bad? I feel like you made this post to brag that you workout daily? Congrats? Do you see me or anyone else bragging?

Doing the same routine isnt "bad" aslong as you do a near balance on each muscle. If you want to improve you need to use progressive overload which is gradually increasing to the point where the muscular efficacy is at its point. For example bench press you do 4/7 days of the week and you do 20kg of 20 reps of 5 sets then after you feel that you have "mastered that" / "feel ok" with it then you either increase the amount of weight by 5kg for example or maybe do an extra set.

It can have a bad side to it, yes. If you don't offset your workout routine, your body will get used to it and you won't see any gains next year. You have to switch it up. Working out until you can't pickup a water bottle might stress your muscles out and cause more harm than good, but that's just my educated guess.
