last year one of my videos was promoted on a huge channel 'GTA 5 Videos' I went from 600 subs to 1.6k. After that i noticed some of my subs were dead, and now I'm still here, a year later with 1.6k or 1638 to be precise, i have tried tons of things from variety of content and overall change, nothing is working, i need real help, i would appreciate every single response i get on this post because it shows that people care.
Thanks for your time

Start a new channel!!
At first I know you will disagree however I think you'll find it helpful, put a video on your channel once you've started your new channel and people who actually want to watch your videos will move with you leaving the "dead subscribers", having a new channel with less subs will help as well for me wanting to grow is so important but there is no point when your foundations are "dead" as you say they are! Hope this helped!

Thanks for the response! your idea is going to be my back up plan, what i have i mind now is a complete grind of video making for this next week, maybe even 1 video a day, if that doesn't help then your plan will be there waiting, thanks for the response!

Actually, I agree with this. You are going to be doing way to much work for 1.5 k subs. It's better to promote to a audience that you is live. Think about it like this, What if a certain percentage of your demographic has lost access to their accounts? You think you gonna get noticed by an account that has not logged into for a while?

I completely agree with both of your statements, the reason why i don't want to turn to that now is because having that amount of subs actually helps me in way, i don't get treated as a 'small' channel, which is why i am still keeping that in mind, instead i have one last trick up my sleeve, i did notice when i was about to upload a video i lost some subs because i didn't upload in the space of 3 days which is why im going on a constant grind for this next week. Hope it helps and thanks so much for the response!

To be honest; This is not a lot of subscribers. I'm not trying to knock you down, but that is what I see. My advise if this channel means a lot to you. Release daily videos for like 2-3 weeks and see how it effects your analytics. Also, you are going to want to look into cross promotion through YouTube Networks once your Demographic grows.
