So I had an avatar made and I can't seem to get it to work. It was 150x150 but I resized it to 100x100. Its a jpeg file, uploaded to Photobucket. Put the direct link in and everything just seems to not be working. Do I have to have a certain rep or something to have a custom one?

No you said you put the direct link in?
Try uploading it to imageshack or something else and then uploading it.

resize it too 800 x 800, then on photobucket go into your album hover over your pic and copy the image url and paste it into the avatar section on TTG
