I really wanna jailbreak my phone tonight. I currently have 9.1 iOS but I've heard you can downgrade to older versions. Any recommendations? Please help guys. I don't know much about jail breaking but I have a laptop and iPhone.

What kind of iPhone do you have? You can only downgrade to iOS's that are signed for your type of phone, or to any that you have the SHSH Blobs for.

Correct me if I'm wrong. You cannot downgrade anymore as Apple isn't signing that firmware anymore ?

To downgrade is the same process as jailbreaking. However downgrading is a little more awkward and I think you might need to do the process twice to downgrade then jailbreak and it takes long enough as it is.
Just stick to 9.1
