Hey guys i had just purchase a new ps4 because i wanted to play the black ops 3 maps early. So i bought black ops 3 last night from the psn store...when to sleep while it was downloading i woke up a hour later because i smell something burning so i jump out my bed to see my brand new ps4 in flames im still shock had this happen to anyone else yet did your ps4 ever randomly caught on fire?? What do i do now will gamestop give me a full refund? i don't even want a ps4 anyone im still traumatize from lastnight.

I had a ps4 for a year then I got an xbox to see what they were like.. I much prefer the ps4 so I got it back and I can ASSURE you none of the 2 ps4's i've had have ever burst into flames! sounds terrifying.

If you're being serious and not lying, ring up the store you got it from and explain the problem or go instore and do the same. I'm sure you'll get to some type of resolution.
