Shit man! Have you tried a different monitor to see if you can see the text? Try unplugging for 25 seconds and booting up.

1 stick boots up and runs games etc flawlessly, the other has lines everywhere and blue screens after 30 secs booting into windows, so yeah its the stick of ram, just of the phone to crucial, they are gonna replace it for free, gotta fill in an RMA
