So basically i ordered ram from amazon totaling 80 gbp and i got it next day (around a week ago) but i was amazon live chat earlier and they stated that they know i haven't received it yet (but i have?) so what would you do? should i go along with it and ask for a refund when i "dont" receive it?

I know its wrong but its a fault on their side, i think im gonna be honest about it. i've seen things on the internet about people ordering replacements and then the "original" package comes and amazon tell them to keep both.

If the people above where in your shoes, they'd probably take it. I mean, I would. I have good use for it. Do what you feel is best for you IMO.

Some people would say be honest, but some people like me would go along with it, it's a fault in their system so it's kind of their fault.

I mean i would get a refund rather than another 16gb of ram, i dont need 32gb of ram. think they might be jelly tbh ;)
while i really wanna be honest about it, its their fault this has happened, they said it would take a week to come and it came the next day xD , looking on the tracking page for it and it still says its not been delivered, ill request a refund and after that say the package came, if they want the money back then fair enough ill give them it 100% no problem, but they might tell me to just keep it ;)
