I am actually a really nice guy, i have found things in the past, i found a purse in my local town once, bank card, credit card, couple of hundred pounds cash, everything was in this womans purse, i went out of my way to take it to the police station, it got claimed and i got no thanks for it, i didnt even want a reward, just a thank you and i got zilch, never had any thanks for returning things so i think this time im gonna take advantage of it

None of us are calling you a horrible person. I don't know you, I would never say that because of this topic.

No offence but what if the Royal Mail or whoever the hell posted it to you get contacted by Amazon or contacts Amazon saying if it is delivered or not then you'll be f*cked then wouldn't you?

No offence but what if the Royal Mail or whoever the hell posted it to you get contacted by Amazon or contacts Amazon saying if it is delivered or not then you'll be f*cked then wouldn't you?

He said it wasn't signed for, so technically there should be no record of it being delivered.

Honestly, I would probably just get a refund, but if you want to be honest. go for it.

But what can they do? thats what im asking you, as far as im aware they cant do a thing. This kind of thing will happen ALL THE TIME.

If I were you, if there is no expiry date on when you can reply to Amazon then wait it out a couple of days to see if they update that it has been delivered or something so you don't get caught out, what will happen? I don't know, maybe they will take you to court or something or take their money back
