I wouldnt get a 960 as a 380 is better and cheaper.
You definitely will need a new PSU as 220w will not cut it.. As long as the mobo have a PCI-E slot, the card should fit. It doesnt say which mobo it has so maybe another nerd can specify it.

What happened to all those rigs you kept asking for help with building? Did you seriously end up just buying a pre-built after making god knows how many topics in this section?
You could definitely replace that GT 730 with something low power, like a GTX 750 or something similar from AMD. However, you'd be far better off just replacing the case and PSU before upgrading the GPU.
