So I made a username on Instagram 3 years ago and I want to get it back but I don't have access to that email and they won't believe me when I say I own it.. Does anyone know a way around it? I will rep

No there is no way around it. Either recover you password or remember the security questions for Insta/Email.
Your options are truly limited.

You cn also try to get that account banned and deleted by reporting it alot
