So today I managed to knock my phone off a ledge into a sink (Device was on at the time). I removed it as quick as I could and everything seemed fine. The speaker doesn't work (I can live with that) but the iPhone wont charge. It says about the cable but I'm pretty sure it's the phone. It charged for about 5 mins and then stopped.
Really annoyed as have only last week spent 60 GBP on a screen repair. I have no money left to fix or replace this :/

Leave it in a bowl of rice and wait for Chang to come and fix it for you.

Let the phone fully die. Apply the phone in rice. Wait a week or so to let it fully remove any moisture that might still be in the device. Charge the phone fully after the week (if it will even charge)
Hopefully that fixes your issue. Otherwise, you are going to have to have it repaired professionally.
