ive just installed gta v onto my rgh and put the latest title update on, ive put **** on my plugins and when i launch gta the welcome to gta v **** menu version v18 comes up but when i click ok my rgh just freezes, can anyone fix this ?

As in the default to launch GTA yeah?
Does it load without a menu set as a plugin?
If it does then its the menu use a different one
If it doesn't then its the game delete it and reinstall
