Depends what you want the app to do.

However there are plenty on the app store for you to play around with.

Full Fitness is a pretty great app

Gives you workouts based on whatever muscle you want to train. It also lets you track workouts and shows you how to do every workout the right way.

Fitness Buddy is by far the best.

There is a free version and a paid version, although I cannot remember how much I paid for the paid version. It was either $.99 or $1.99

Also, I'm pretty much the free version does practically the same thing as the paid version, just has less workouts, which you might not even use.
