Im from the UK I finished school in 2013 at 16 years old fortunately I had a part time job and had a career path planned in my head but I had to be 18 or have parent permission to go ahead with it. In my experience there is no rush you can never plan your future to a detail because we cant see what our future will bring just get a part time job have fun with your hard earned money and just remember to save it the worlds your oyster.

I graduated High School in 2014 and right now I'm a college sophomore. It's been pretty sweet since I graduated, I began currency trading and that has been going well. I also landed an internship at SmartThings and it has been a blast.

For me I didn't really do much, I barely graduated in May/June 2015 and the last 6 or so months of senior year I was like "Daammn I'm gonna miss this place" even though the years prior to that I wanted to get out already. HS isn't that bad because you're with your friends most of the time (unless you don't have any) and the classes aren't that bad unless you make them that way. I still do kind of miss HS, even though I talk to the group of buddies I did in there through FB.

As people already said though, and done, no need to rush. I sort of rushed into things and didn't take a break like others because two months after I graduated I went to basic training for the army but not everyone likes doings things immediately so just take your time if you aren't set on a career yet. I have a couple of friends who decided to work right after HS instead of going to college for the first semester, that's not a bad plan if you're not sure what you want to do yet. You can get some money in the mean-time. The two months I was at my house though I liked it, I would just sit down and relax, watch movies, play video games, and count off the days. I'd like to go to college too eventually, through online if I can somehow get a schedule going and just go on from there.

I finished school 13 years ago and went straight to work and I'm still in the same line of work.
in my spare time I restore classic vehicles and sell them for a huge profit.
I know what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life but your still young you don't have to know right now what you want to do.

I graduated at the same time, yeah you'll always have memories of High School. But I took a year off and want to get my stuff straighten out so I don't have to worry about my income.

That's amazing, I never personally played hockey but I surely do enjoy watching it. I hope you make it to the Pros man good luck!
