When Playing CS:GO im noticing a lot of stuttering.
Ive got vSync on [Tripple Buffered]
Video settings are maxed out.
Im running a Xeon E3-1231 along with a 290X, so obviously my rig can handle the game and settings.
Is this a known issue with CS? or maybe the Tripple Buffering? if i turn vSync off i get bad screen tearing.
Any help please?
Thanks!

no clue but how bad is it with it off? I wouldn't risk the mouse lag on a competitive shooter like CS.

I'm using HDMI, also using a TV, my TV only has HDMI or VGA, so no other options for that.

Its pretty bad either way, enough to make me miss shots, which becomes very annoying.

really wouldn't use a TV for comp gaming. I would invest in a monitor.

Also, why are you playing on maxed graphics? you do realize that makes the game-play worse right?
Also, why VSync?
