No the pc it's self 1000 the reasons it's 1500 is because of the monitors

monitors are only $240 between the two of them...

The pc is good. I have a 960 card and can still run Gta and bo3 and more at 80-90 fps. Your pc is definitely good.
If I were u I would swap out one of the monitors for a 144hz monitor for the main one that u use for gaming.
