Ok heres the brutal truth, they love watching people suffer, asking over and over when the next jailbreak is out.

TRUTH:Just wait, the developing teams to not work to your clock as they do not make anything but donations. They are supposedly waiting for iOS 9.2.1

The iOS 9.3 beta is out. So they're 99% likely going to wait for the full release of iOS 9.3 if the exploits they were looking into on 9.2.1 work on 9.3.

very soon, ios 9.3 beta has been released and has been jailbroken by the same person that jailbroke ios 9.2.1 but he doesnt have any plans for a release just yet

The developers are waiting for hotfixes that Apple always releases with new updates. When the hotfixes like 9.2.1 and 9.2.2 slow down a little, that is when the devs will release the jailbreak.

Just be patient and wait. It shouldn't be too much longer.
