Hi everyone im having a problem with my turtle beachs everything was fine till now. I can hear the game volume fine but i can barely hear my friends when they are talking its the slightest bit of them talking. I have my chat volume all the way up and still can barely hear them has anyone had this problem before?

Help would be awesome ill giv rep to whoever

Go into your device settings and turn the chat volume up in there. Or I think in party settings you can adjust it there.

still having this problem anyone know whats up? maybe the adapter broke? just some thoughts
