It seems very rushed, there isn't a lot behind the logo, it's just the L & W overlapped. The shapes on the right are also very uneven... I'd recommend going back and spending more time perfecting it, maybe try some more ideas out too.

This isn't a very good logo. The letters don't even lap over one another properly.

What is the purpose of this logo? What does it represent? Why the random symbols off to the right?

There is a lot on this logo that needs work; such a better alignment of fonts so that it isn't so bland, better overlapping where you have visible sharp edges where you shouldn't, etc etc

I think looking at some professional company logos and doing some research in logo creation would do you well when creating logos and works of your own.
