I had a custom plate back on Xbox 360 but it stopped working, now I want to change the plate to something else on Xbox One, it says it costs 100,000 GTA$ so I did it twice but nothing's happening.

Try changing your paint job or removing the crew emblem through iFruit. I had this problem myself and it never submitted a service request unless I changed something other than the plate.
