Wondering what wifi card too get mine is junk and it's not letting me get the speeds i should. willing to spend over 100$

Can you not just use ethernet? If you are having speed problems it is probably because you are using WiFi in the first place..

250 feet?? Either you are confused, or your house must be the width of a pringle. I wouldn't expect any WiFi to work well at that distance.

im just gonna run a cat6 from my router to my pc because i can get some for free not gonna be easy but why not.
