Here are you specs:
Windows 10 (64-bit)
SPECIFICATION
Processor - Intel Core i5-6200U Processor
- Dual-core
- 2.3 GHz
/ 2.8 GHz with Turbo Boost
- 3 MB cache
Memory (RAM) 6 GB
Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 940M (2 GB DDR3)
Storage 1 TB HDD, 5400 rpm

And here are FO4 Specs:

Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required)
Intel Core i7 4790 3.6 GHz/AMD FX-9590 4.7 GHz or equivalent.
8 GB RAM.
30 GB free HDD space.
NVIDIA GTX 780 3GB/AMD Radeon R9 290X 4GB or equivalent.

--------------

GREENS are good to go
REDS need upgrading
To my knowledge i don't believe you'll be able to play fallout 4, you can always upgrade your ram, but then again your laptop has a integrated graphics card, im no expert on laptops but i think you can upgrade those to, but im not to sure. You wont be able to boot it up, might get a black screen but thats probably because of the GPU

Please stop spreading that utter shit site around.

You would definitely not max it, but you max just be able to play it with a stable fps at very low settings.
