He isnt saying he found the part already, he found another one after he built the apothican servant, and he isnt saying there is another wonder weapon, he is sayin that u can probably build 2 apothican servants, if not then why show two xenomatters?

Why would you need to build 2 when you could just get it out of the box once its built.
