Run CPU-Z and see if it determines your graphics card otherwise you will need to check Device Manager as well.

Do your other programs show your gpu temp and being active? I sense you could possibly be using integrated graphics and you gpu is not currently working...

I'll get CPU-Z now and I don't have other programs. Freshly Wiped and Debice Manager just says Standard VGA Adapter

You got the drivers installed for it. Are you plugging the monitor cable into your GPU or onboard?

Check if your graphics card is connected to your motherboard correctly.
