So I have a pair of turtle beach PX22's , and where I plug the Usb into my ps4, there is a black cable coming off the same cable (two cables are joined together and then split at the end) . Whenever I hold/touch the end of the of the cable the sound automatically increases a lot, and a blue light on my mixer turns on...

Is there anyway to keep this volume of noise constantly without me having to keep touching the end of the cable?

I'll provide pictures to make it easier to understand, give me 2 mins.

The cable:

What I did when it happened to me for my Kilo's, since I use them for pc now, is to turn down the chat all the way down, it should stop it from buzzing and increasing in volume.

When I hold the metal cable thing it buzzes but increases volume, so it I turn down the chat volume will the buzzing go away?

Also, after testing I've found out that if I plug the black thing into my controller, the buzzing goes away and the volume increases, the only bad thing is that I have to hold my controller right next to my ps4 since the length of the cable
