Thinking about purchasing the oculus rift and i think my pc can handle it but not sure. Can i? These are my pc specs

Yes, it should run it just fine.

Recommended specs are just guidelines.

From what I've been hearing and reading, the rift requires at least 90fps minimum to have the best experience. The 390 should be able to cope with that.
