use the best mode by the gobble gum. go up first set of stairs to left and take left at turn and break doors to rift, then go back to 3 way intersection and look up to grapple to upper deck, look towards the junction and take left towards the stair way that is locked, zap power box, then go zap perk then run on the ramp and jump at the top to get on the ledge to break down box. then jump back to upper deck and take left into the room and up the stairs to opening and look right and up to grapple, while in air turn around and when you hit the ground, zap power box to open burlesque.
