I just realized i was putting Best Mode instead of BeAst Mode lol. Use first beast mode right away by front gate, if u have good skill with beast mode, zap power box to stairs, if not just follow street till you hit the "hub" area and stay to your right till you see the doors to rift, then go towards the box spawn location and look up between the junction street area and rift doors to grapple, then break box but wait for it to fall so you can run and jump to the upper deck and then Run you Ass off to the left, down ramp, and down first long ramp to the right and take left and break doors on the building.
