Im new to PC gaming myself so i dont know a lot about it.

But you could easily get a I7 processor, GTX 970, Ram and a decent SSD ect for that price

You should be able to build a great gaming rig with that budget

What I would get. You could spend the extra on something like more RAM, a bigger HDD or even a nicer cooler like a Phanteks TC12.

Wouldn't get a 212 evo in a build like that, SSD os meh, no need for the extra case fans, with the money saved form those get a 850Pro.
also, wouldn't get that board as they are really thin, see how it only has three lines of mounting screws, but only two holes per line, normal ATX should have three and if the M is anything like my Pro, then the board won't cover the motherboard cut out which looks silly imo.

How many case fans do you need?

The Pro M includes one fan in the back, one is enough but there's nothing bad with getting more. I wouldn't get your build though, there are quite a lot of things that are out of place.

If I gave you a build, chances are that in my opinion it is the best you can get for your money.. If you can't trust people to give you builds then don't ask.
