It's been over a year now since our new neighbor has moved in, and things are starting to get interesting haha. This girl is single, probably in her upper 40's to lower 50's and has two dogs (one when she moved in). That's all fine and dandy, we have three dogs, my neighbors on the other side of us have a dog, the people in front of us have a couple dogs, and a few houses behind us have dogs, no issues there. The issue comes in when this lady thinks she's a dog trainer. The first thing she did when she moved in was installed a fence. Again, no issue. The neighbor on the other side of me has a dog that doesn't get socialized much so she's a very timid dog.

Long story short, I usually took my dogs out twice a day when my dad is gone, and they play in the back yard great together. However, as soon as the new neighbor sees me out there, she releases her dogs. Right out of the gate her dogs come running and barking, so naturally my dogs run to the fence barking too. They just play and run up and down the fence, but since she thinks she's a dog trainer, that behavior is unacceptable out of her dogs so she asks me to control my dogs. I told her to look before she lets her dogs out to see if my dogs are out, or properly train her dogs. My dogs are guard dogs, not show dogs so I'm not going to teach them to ignore a barking dog running at them lol. That's the end of that, same stuff keeps happening so I always praise my dogs to piss her off and this is a daily occurrence.

My neighbors on the other side of us are good people, sometimes their dog gets out and she doesn't listen the best like 90% of the dogs in the neighborhood, so you either have to let her do her thing, or chase her through the neighborhood. When the new neighbor sees their dog out, she releases her dogs and they want to fight through the fence. Technically both of them are responsible because they both have dogs not listening to them, neither dogs are trespassing because we don't care about the good neighbors dog on our property, sometimes we let the three dogs play together and all is well. The new neighbor starts screaming at my neighbor to control their dog. He gets his dog and walks to the house and I was taking to the new neighbor telling her control goes both ways. If you don't want that to happen, again, either properly train your dogs or look out the window before you let your dogs out. We're on flat land so there is nothing obscuring her vision.

After that she starts yelling saying she's the only one with a trained dog in the neighborhood, and blah blah blah. I told her exactly what's happening, I was letting my dogs out at 8AM (she didn't let her dogs out at that hour, all the issues come in the afternoon), and at 4PM. Keep in mind my dogs have an outside area to pee and stuff, the 8 and 4 o'clock are just so they can stretch their legs and such. I told her those where when I let my dogs out, I would even do it at 3PM some times, and she still let her dogs out causing the same thing. I basically told her I know you are just trying to ruffle feathers, but you can't be mad at me when you're causing the issues. If YOU have an issue with something, YOU look to see what YOU can do. This all happened a week or so ago.

Now this morning I wake up go outside (my dad is home so he has the dogs, I was just going to tinker with my truck a bit) and she has people out there installing an electric fence on the outside to zap our dogs when she lets her dogs out. What would you do? I looked at what they where doing, and it's just a couple small wires so I personally plan on mowing the lawn and week whacking the fenceline since it is in my right to do so to keep an orderly property, and that will definitely screw up her little wire lol.

And this is the issues you have when horrible city dwellers move out into the boonies. A few months ago it wasn't an issue because she worked, but she injured her leg so now supposedly she works from home so she's home all day. I personally have no issue with it, I think it's hilarious that a dog "trainer" is spending over 10k because she can't train her dogs lol. You can bet we will be video taping every time we take our dogs out encase she just happened to accidentally messed with the meter to turn the voltage up and injures our dogs.
