It's unknown, theres lots of rumours flying about though. Some say you cant use a usb to mod, but the flaw in this is xbox has made it so you can use usb sticks to transfer music files, and video files to your xbox. The odds are you wont get banned, but you never know. Microsoft dont really like flashed xbox's, but the worst i think they would do is just prevent the homebrew from working.

yes cause when u flash ur xbox it makes it a computer dvd drive and they can and will detect that so your going to get banned unless u dont connect to xbox live.
and jtaggers have to wait till the new freeboot comes out
