I recently changed stealth server and got a new KV but whenever I try logging in to xbox live it asks for an update when I am on 17489 and if I try to it says it cannot process it. It is the avatar update I believe someone help?

This is nothing to worry about, I personally get this when using certain stealths. You can download the update as it's just an avatar update that got corrupted (It happens).
I do want to warn you however that normally if it does it once it will do it a lot more times and the only fix i find is changing stealth.
I once had it where i couldn't even download my profile as it would corrupt the avatar update and then when i downloaded the update it would just corrupt again on sign in/downloading profile.
