So i just went out and bought a second hand custom built pc off some guy, I knew little about the components other than the brands.. noo8.. anyways I got it for 600 GBP and this is what was included:
intel i5 4670k
GTX970 sc 4GB
8GB Ram
CPU Water Cooler
2TB HDD
120GB SSD
Acer ips HD 24" monitor
Strafe Corsair Keyboard
Corsair Mouse
Also finally with the CPU water cooler does this need to be replaced/ topped up and would it be best to take it in to a shop to get it done or is it easy enough!
Thank you!

Those specs are very good you'll have no issues with modern games.
As for the water cooler if it was one the past user bought from a shop or online then it is what is called an All-In-One cooler which is sealed and never needs filling. You can tell by looking inside the case and trying to find a brand name on the cooler block (the part over the processor)

That pc can defiantly run newer games at 1080p, Ultra settings. My 970 NONE sc does it easy, with yours being SC, it will run even better.
