Earning all the champs is what you call having to put time into the game its not P2W at all there is no most op champion there is no in game stat boosters for money so the game is completely F2P. Also league is just more appealing than dota since imo dota is a bit outdated it looks great and all but i played it for a bit and since coming from league i noticed there is not main differences then having to learn a whole new item base and champions/characters. It must be all preference and since once you get into league it is rather hard to switch from moba to moba i have had experience with this problem on several like Hots and the smite they are just not my cup of tea.

The guy with all the champions doesnt have the advantage whatsoever, leauge champions are not based on how 'op' they are its how you play with them. That guy with all the champions might have more to do on the game e.g learning new lanes but he has no 'advantage' league has many 'one trick pony' players who have 2-3 million champion points with a champion like Box Box with riven or Gross Gore with twisted Fate, these guys would smash players like me and i only need about 10-15 more champions. League of legends is 100% free to play but people like to short cut the grind because it takes so long.

You get the point League is def not P2W yes you can buy all the champs with rp but they are not different in strength. They can be played at different levels but nothing sort of higher stats overall. and P2W means that you can buy your way threw stats and boosting your damage....ect with money meaning to make league a P2W they would make it so you could buy runes with rp which is the whole meaning why they have it ip instead of rp.
tl:dr league is not p2w you scrubs

Buying a "OP" Champion in League doesn't win you games. Buying the OP Champion does not equal you having the understanding of how to play that OP Champion.
Skill can't be purchased. In no way is League P2W.

Pay-to-win defined: Games that let you buy better gear or allow you to make better items then everyone else at a faster rate and then makes the game largely unbalanced even for people who have skill in the game without paying.
By havign all of the champions it means you can counter specific champions, and because they are limited to the free rotation not only could you gain knowledge over heroes in a much faster time span but you could also utilise whatever one you want to. Dota doesn't restrict what hero you can be, everybody has the same advantage: none. Dota is free-to-play and League is pay-to-win no doubt about it.

I haven't played LoL in a while but im sure the main game hasn't changed at all.
When your level 1, you start with no champs and just free to play. It takes a while to get to level 30 and by that time, you should have a fair amount of champs to play with. You don't go buying certain champs to "counter" others at that level. Your practically a new player still.
You start countering other players champs when you play ranked, skilled ranked. So thats pretty much silver +. Bronze is just a cluster
So, where I was getting with this is that by the time you actually have to counter peoples picks, you should have the main champs anyway.
LoL is not a pay to win game at all. At the end of the day, if your crap at the game, then no matter how much money you throw at it, your still going to be crap.

You are trying your damned hardest to prove a point on the internet.
Heck even Hearthstone is more popular on Twitch, Dota is just boring to watch if you don't know what's going on.

I know from Dota that counters don't mean shit if you can outskill them, duhhhh. A person who's never played before will get rekt vs a pro no matter what champion they pick. But, when it comes to the co-ordination of team picking, the free rotation can all be countered by the rest of it. Ergo it is a pay-to-win.
There is no argument to it, no matter what. If you can pay to have a more versatile pool of champions to select from the game is a pay-to-win. It doesn't mean you cannot outskill people on it, but it is a pay-to-win.
